ABSTRACT
The project titled as railway reservation system is developed in vb6.0 as front end and ms access as back end. The main aim of the project is to reserve ticket for the passengers. The module in this project are login, main form, reservation, cancellation, train details, complaints, reports. The administrator should enter the username and password to enter into the project. If the username and password are correct, the main form will open. If it is wrong it will say error message. The username and password are registered to new user through registration  form. The member should enter the registered username and password to book a ticket. The reservation form shows the list of train on the source and destination places. Then the member should select a train and select the date of journey. Then the member should enter the number of children, number of gents, number  of ladies to the required fields. The system will calculate the number of tickets required and the amount should be paid for the journey. Then the reservation will be completed. The member can use the PNR number to cancel the reserved ticket. If the details are correct, it will cancel the reserved ticket from the list. The members can view the train details from the system. If the member enters the starting place and ending place, then the system will show all flight details in the particular source and destination. The members can book a complaint regarding the reservation process, cancellation process and any other problem they face in the ticket booking process. The administrator can view all reports of the member details. This report contains the member login id, name, address, phone number and address. The reservation report shows all reserved tickets of the flight. The member can easily view the flight reports from a place to an  another  place.

The project titled as “RAILWAYS RESERVATION SYSTEM” is developed in ASP.Net as front end and SQL Server as back end. This project is divided into two major parts. They are administrator and the customer(members). The member should register to become a member in this project. The registered members only can login to the project. The member should enter the user name and password to login to the project. If the login success, then the main user form is opened. The user can register the train ticket, cancel the train ticket, view the train details and the user can send a complaint to the administrator. The registration process initially asks for the starting place and the destination place of the journey. Then  shows the list of train on the source and destination places. Then the member should select a train and select the date of journey. Then the member should enter the number of children, number of gents, number of ladies to the required fields. The system will calculate the number of tickets required and the amount should be paid for the journey. Then the member should enter the bank account details to the system. The bank name, account number and the pin number should be provided to transfer the money to the RAILWAYS. Then the reservation will be completed. The member can use the PNR number to cancel the reserved ticket. They will charge Rs 100 for cancel the ticket. If the system successfully cancel the ticket, then the amount will be refund back to the members account after detecting 100 Rs. The members can view the train details from the system. Then the members can also complaint to the administrator. The second part is administrator. The administrator can add new train to the company. The administrator can edit the train details and also delete the train details if necessary. The administrator can view all the reservation reports, member reports, train reports from the admin control panel.

The project titled as TEXTILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is developed in vb.net as front end and ms access as back end. The main aim of the project is to make a billing system for the textile shop. This project contains login, garment details, category, dealer, sales,  purchase and reports modules. The administrator has to enter the username and password to enter into the project. If the details are correct, it will show main form. If the details are not correct, it will show error message in project. Initially all product in the textile shop are categorized in to different category. The are like jeans, t-shirt, shirt, chudithar like that. The categories can be added or deleted by the administrator. All added categories are used to select when add a garment to the project.  All garment available in the textile are added, modified or deleted by the administrator. The garment id, price, stock and category are selected by the administrator and the details will be saved in the database. The saved details can be viewed, modified or deleted by the administrator. All dealer who are supplying garments to the textile are added, modified or deleted by the administrator. The dealer details can be viewed, modified or deleted by the administrator. The administrator will select the garment to sell to the customer and enter the number of quantity. Like this the administrator will add all the garments purchased by the customer and the system will calculate the total price. The administrator can delete the added products from the list. The administrator will select the garment to purchase from the dealer and enter the number of quantity. After all details are entered, the stock will be increased and the purchase process will be completed. The system generates the garment report, dealer report, sales report, purchase reports to the administrator.

If the details are correct, it will open the next form. If the details are not correct, the system will show error message. The member should register in this project and login into the system using the username and password given in the registration process. The members can get their password if they forget their password. The members can post a new discussion. This process asks for the discussion category, discussion message, it will automatically add the date, posted username and discussion id. The given discussion details will be stored in the database. The members can view the posted discussion and its replies. The admin can delete the discussions. The administrator can add new category to the discussion board. Each and every day new technology is launched in the software field. So the administrator will add or delete the category available in the discussion board. The members can view the list of discussions in each topic and reply to the discussions available in the list. The replies can also be viewed by the members who search for the discussions. The members can search a discussion from the list of discussion. The members should enter a part of the discussion title and select a category to view the list of discussions related to the given search key word. Then the member can view the required discussion from the list of discussion listed from the search result. The administrator will check all discussions going in the database. If the administrator view any unwanted discussion posted, then the administrator can delete the discussions. The administrator can manage the category of the discussions.

The login screen will be the first screen to the project. The administrator will enter his username and password to login. When the login is correct the form will be displayed. If it is not done, the next form will not be displayed. The product details are maintained in this project. Petroleum products can be add, edit or delete from the server. The petrol company details can be add, edit or delete by the administrator. All petrol purchase are entered in the purchase records. The sales to the customer are entered in the database. The reports are generated to manage the project.

The job seekers and job providing companies login in this process. The company and the job seeker initially register in this project to get the username and password. Once they register they can login in the login form. If the username and password are correct, it will show the next form. If the details are not correct, it will show error message to the user. The job posting module is used to post new jobs in the project. The company can post their job in this module. The job details like job name, job category, experience required, and qualification required, posting location and salary are provided by the employer. These details are viewed by the job seeker. The matching job module is used to view the matching jobs. The jobseeker can view all matching jobs according to the experience, qualification and category of job. The job seeker can view the details and can apply for job. In question session module, the job seeker can ask question regarding the job posted. The company will send answer for the job seeker questions. The question and answer will be displayed to the job seeker. In the appointment module, the company can send appointment details to the database. The job seeker can view the appointed candidate details from this project. The appointment contains the company id, company name, candidate id, job, salary and date of appointment. In the report module, the employer can view candidate reports, asked question reports and appointment reports. The job seeker can view the company details, appointment details.

The project entitled as outsource tracking system is developed in asp.net as front end and ms access as back end. The main purpose of the project is to provide a solution to connect the outsource worker and provider. The project contains five modules. They are login, post new outsource job, job bidding, job allocation and reports. In the login module, the outsource provider and worker enter the username and password to enter into the project. If the details are correct, it will open the associate form. If the details are wrong, it will show error message. But the outsource provider and worker initially has to register to become a member. Only the members can login in the project. In the outsource module, the outsource provider can post a new outsource job in this module. The job id, the job category, job description, price range and duration are entered by the outsource job provider. The details are stored in the database. In the bidding module, the worker can view all the jobs posted by the provider. They will select a category and view the jobs in the particular category. If they can do the job within the specified price range, they will make a bid price between the specified range. The details will stored in the database. In the allocation module, the outsource job provider view all bids made by the workers of the project. The provider will select the required worker form the list of worker in the job bid. The job will be allocated to the worker. Now the job will be removed from the outsource job list so that the other member won’t make a bid in the project. In the reports module the outsource provider can view the all jobs posted in this project and another report will show the allocated jobs. The worker can view the reports of all allocated jobs to all people. They can also view the provided job for the particular worker.

Then the customer choose the quantity they require, after that the customer order are placed. Food cart module manage customer alter the food cart is also possible. They can delete the food in the order. In the Admin work, the admin can manage the food details in the food list.  The admin can Add food, Edit food and delete the food from the food details. The admin can view the sales reports, food reports and delivery reports. The admin can view the order reports and then make the delivery.

The bluemetal transport vehicle details are managed by the administrator. The transport company name, the vehicle name, trip charge are entered in this module. The entered details can be modified or deleted by the administrator.  The transport details can be modified or deleted by the administrator.  The bluemetal sales details are recorded in sales process.  The sales id automatically generated, the customer details, bluemetal product details, transport details, the total product cost, total transport cost and total price for both product and transport are entered in this module. The bluemetal product stock is decreased when the sales is completed. The bluemetal purchase details are recorded in purchase process.  The purchase id automatically generated, the customer details, bluemetal product details, transport details, the total product cost, total transport cost and total price for both product and transport are entered in this module. The bluemetal product stock is increased when the purchase is completed. The stock detail are automatically decreased when the sales process is completed. If the sales process make sales more than the available stock, the system will show a message and the sales process will not be allowed. The purchase process will automatically increase the sales. The system generates the bluemetal product reports, customer reports, dealer reports, transport reports,  sales reports and  purchase reports to the administrator.
