Online Computer Service Booking System Project ASP.Net Ms Access

ABSTRACT



The project titled as ONLINE COMPUTER SERVICE BOOKING SYSTEM  is developed in ASP.Net as front end and SQL Server as back end. The main aim of the project is to provide the computer service online booking facility for the customers. The project has login, service person details, complaints booking, service person allocation, service completion details and reports. The administrator should enter the username and password. If the details are correct, it will open the next form. If the details are not correct, the system will show error message. The member should register in this project and login into the system using the username and password given in the registration process. The members can get their password if they forget their password. The administrator will add, edit or delete the service persons in the company. The service person username, address, phone number, email, education qualification, area of working, expertise, and joining date details are entered by the administrator.  The members can book their computer repair complaints in this complaint booking process. The complaint form contains the complaint id which is automatically generated, the customer username who book the complaint and booked date. The administrator can view the complaints booked by the members of the project and allocate a service person for the complaint.  The service records like the service made to the computer like software installation, hardware replacement or installation and the cost of the service are entered by the administrator for a particular service. The administrator can view the complaints reports, service completed reports, service waiting reports, customer reports, service person reports and income reports.
